Episcopal Sandy Recovery Effort
November 9, 2015
Thank you for your interest and willingness to volunteer in New Jersey, Staten Island, and Easton in the wake of superstorm Sandy.
At this time, three years after Sandy made landfall on the Eastern seaboard, diocesan recovery operations have ended in Easton and on Staten Island.
Diocesan recovery operations are still continuing in New Jersey, and we encourage you to contact Keith Adams, Diocesan Disaster Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org for information on you you and your team can help.
We also encourage you to register with Episcopal Relief & Development’s Ready to Serve program at http://www.episcopalrelief.org/what-you-can-do/act/volunteer so that you and your team can be ready to serve when the next disaster strikes.
Thank you again for your interest in serving those affected by superstorm Sandy, and we wish you all the best.
With many thanks,
The Reverend Stephen Harding
Disaster Response Coordinator
Episcopal Diocese of New York
